💅🏽 Welcome to Nail’d by Vee! Hey, I’m Victoria (Vee), a licensed cosmetologist with over 10 years of experience. My goal is to provide a welcoming, comfortable space for all my clients. Please review the following policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to all policies. ✨ RETAINERS • A retainer is required to secure all appointments. • Retainers are nonrefundable and go toward your service balance. 📅 BOOKING & SCHEDULING • All appointments must be booked through GlossGenius. • Cancellations and rescheduling must be done through your confirmation email. • Please book the correct service and include any add-ons. Length and shape are required for all extensions. • New clients with existing nails must book a soak-off. I do not work over another nail tech’s work. • If you’re unsure which service to book, please reach out before scheduling. 💌 COMMUNICATION • Please text or DM me for appointment adjustments or questions. • Messages sent outside business hours may receive a delayed response. • Please be patient! I’m often servicing clients and will respond as soon as I can. 📱 PHONE POLICY • Phones are not permitted during nail services. • Phones are welcome during pedicures. • Hands-free work calls are allowed. Please bring headphones or AirPods. • Laptops are not permitted. ⏰ LATE POLICY • A 9-minute grace period is allowed. • Arrivals 10 minutes late or more may result in a $10 fee, a shortened service, or cancellation with a charge. • If you’re running late, please text or call with your ETA as soon as possible. 🚨 AFTER-HOURS & EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS • After-hours and emergency appointments are available upon request. • A $50 nonrefundable fee is required and is separate from your service total. • Same-day appointments are not accepted unless it’s an emergency. 🩷 APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE • Please arrive on time. Early arrivals may interrupt another service or my break. • No extra guests or children are allowed unless they have an appointment. • Please limit movement during nail services. • Your appointment is your time to relax and enjoy yourself! 💳 PAYMENTS • I accept all major credit cards, cash, and Apple Pay. • Please bring exact change when paying with cash. CANCELLATION POLICY
~ All clients must reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. ~ Failure to do so will result in being charged the remaining balance with the card on file. ~ Clients who do not show up to their appointment will be charged the remaining balance. ~ If payment fails, the client is prohibited from booking future appointments until the balance is paid. ~ Cancellations can be made via your booking confirmation e-mail up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.
