Hello! I’m Victoria, or Vee, and I’m a 10-year licensed nail technician that specializes in natural nails, acrylic extensions, freehand nail art, pedicures, and all-natural body care. It is my goal to provide a warm and welcoming environment to all my clients! Please read the policy thoroughly and follow all prompts to secure your appointment. POLICIES Retainers: ~ A retainer is required for all appointments upon time of booking. ~ Retainers are non-refundable and applied towards your remaining balance. Communication: ~ I understand life happens. Please contact me via text, email or DM at your earliest convenience for any appointment changes. ~ Business hours are posted. Messaging or emailing outside of hours may cause a delay in response. Phones: ~ Please limit your phone usage as this can become a distraction and can impact your appointment. Running Late: ~ All clients have a 9 minute grace period. ~ 10 minutes late will result in a $10 fee, or reduction of service. Squeeze-In & Same-Day Appointments: ~ Squeeze-in, after hour, or emergency appointments are available upon request via text, email or DM only. ~ Squeeze-in, after hour, and emergency appointments require a retainer of $50, and does not go towards price of service. ~ I do NOT accept same day appointments, unless it’s an emergency. When Booking: ~ I do not work over other work. If you are a new client and have nails on, a soak off is required. ~ Please schedule add-ons at time of booking to better secure your appointment. If you forgot an add-on, please contact me at your earliest convenience and I’ll do my best to accommodate. ~ Length and shape are required for ALL acrylic or extension services. ~ Please make sure you are booking the appropriate appointment type. If you’re uncertain of of your service, contact me and let’s talk about it! ~ I do not allow extra guests unless they are getting serviced. ~ This is a space for you to be yourself. Your appointment is for you and for you only. Payments: ~ I accept all major credit cards, cash, and Apple Pay. ~ If you pay in cash, please bring exact change. It’s highly likely I will not have change. Confirmation of booking is agreeing to above policies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
~ A 100% charge of balance owed will be processed for any no-call no-show appointments. ~ A 50% charge of balance owed will be processed for cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment. ~ Cancellations can be made via your booking confirmation e-mail or text 48 hours prior to your appointment.
