Welcome to Nail’d by Vee! I’m Victoria (“Vee”), a licensed cosmetologist with over 10 years of experience. My goal is to provide a warm and welcoming environment for all new and returning clients. Please read and review all policies thoroughly and carefully, as they are required to secure your appointment. POLICIES Retainers: ~ A retainer is required for ALL appointment requests upon time of booking. ~ Retainers are non-refundable and applied towards your remaining balance. Scheduling: ~ All bookings must be done through the Gloss Genius website. ~ Reschedules, cancellations and bookings will not be completed via text/DM as this can cause an overlap in booking, lag in response, or take time away from servicing my current client. ~ All reschedules and cancellations must be done via the confirmation link provided in your email. Communication: ~ I understand life happens. Please contact me via text or DM at your earliest convenience for any appointment adjustments. ~ Business hours are posted. Messaging or emailing outside of hours may cause a delay in response as my work phone stays at work. ~ I am not a robot. I am a human being. Please be patient. I will respond as soon as my schedule allows. Phones: ~ Phones are not permitted during nail services as they can become a distraction and disrupt the service. ~ Phones are completely okay during pedicures as this does not disrupt the pedicure process and does not become a distraction. ~ Work calls, phone calls, and FaceTime calls are exceptions as they are hands free. Please have headwear (ie., AirPods, headphones) available. ~ Laptops are not permitted. Running Late: ~ All clients have a 9 minute grace period. ~ 10 minutes late will result in a $10 fee (time permitting), reduction of service, or a cancellation with a charge. ~ IF you are running late, please text or call the business number with your ETA at your earliest convenience. After Hour, Emergency & Same-Day Appointments: ~ After hour or emergency appointments are available upon request via text, email or DM only. ~ After hour and emergency appointments require a retainer of $50, and does not go towards price of service. ~ I do NOT accept same day appointments, unless it’s an emergency. When Booking: ~ I do not work over previous work. If you are a new client and have nails on, a soak off is required. If you went to another tech in between fills, a soak off and new set is required. ~ Please schedule add-ons at time of booking to better secure your appointment. If an add-on has been forgotten, please contact me at your earliest convenience and I’ll do my best to accommodate, time permitting. ~ Length and shape are required for ALL acrylic or extension services. ~ Please make sure the correct service(s) are being booked. If you’re uncertain of of your service, contact me and let’s talk about it! ~ Extra guests are not allowed, unless they are getting serviced. ~ Kids are not allowed during appointments. ~ Please keep movement during nail services at a minimum. ~ Please show up at your appointment time. Too early of an arrival could disturb a current service, my break, or cleaning. ~ This is a space for you to be yourself. Your appointment is for you and for you only. Payments: ~ I accept all major credit cards, cash, and Apple Pay. ~ If you pay in cash, please bring exact change. It’s highly likely I will not have change.
